White marble farms garlic studded pork loin with sweet potato gravy. Appetizers. Cajun deviled eggs, oysters Rockefeller/hollandaise, sausage cheddar balls, shrimp salad, turkey liver mousse/pita, house smoked salmon with all the fixings. Sides. Old fashioned mashed potatoes, sausage/cornbread stuffing, streusel candied yams, Louisiana corn pudding, “the best” shrimp and bacon mac and cheese, creole butterbeans, smothered green beans, old “thyme” mushroom casserole, balsamic bacon Brussel sprouts, southern smothered collard greens, assorted breads.  Soups & Salads. Blackened prime rib/roasted vegetables, butternut squash bisque, gator bisque “award winning”, she crab, favorites from our salad bar. Entrees. Dirty Dicks Crab House. Let us prepare a one-of -a-kind feast for your holiday table. Cajun fried turkey, $3.49 per pound, average 12-15 pounds with one-quart giblet gravy. Turkeys are rubbed with our own mixture of Cajun spices and injected with our secret blend of marinades, deep fried, and served with one quart of Louisiana giblet gravy. Can be sliced for $10.00 with carcass (for soups, gumbos, stocks, etc.). Turducken, $11.99 per pound, average 14-15 pounds with 1 quart giblet gravy. Boneless turkey duck and chicken with granny smith apple cornbread stuffing, cranberry basil stuffing and oyster dressing. The whole turkey is baked. The only bones are the drumsticks. All are made in-house and the whole bird is edible (no bones). The finished product averages about 14-15 pounds, served with giblet gravy. Half serves 6-8 with leftovers, whole serves 12-16 with leftovers. All weights are approximate and calculated before cooking. Turducken Roulade, $11.99 per pound, average 6-7 pounds with 1-quart giblet gravy. Our Roulade is amazing with Turkey, chicken, duck wrapped in skin and ready to bake. With same stuffing’s as turducken. It’s a great way to feed the family and eat in slices or pick apart. Huge selection of sides available, just ask when you call. Please allow 48 hours for us to procure and prepare – its all from scratch! Order whole or have turducken or turducken roulade. Available sides to order.
